After-School Volleyball Registration
Where: Sandburg Elementary School
When: Feb 16th- March 29th
Thursdays 2:30-3:30
Cost: $56 for the session
Open to all Challenger Girls,
limit of 20 in class.
Class is on a first come bases, your place in
class will be confirmed once payment and registration
form is received.
Coached by Roni Greenwood – Sandburg’s PE
consultant.

Fill out the
registration form completely and review and sign
parent contract and
waiver of liability.
2.
Enclose full payment, or pay through PayPal (link
below)
3.
Registration forms and waivers can be emailed to
sandburgafterschool@san.rr.com
or turned in to the office at Sandburg Elementary
school.
